Dear Dr. Coppini,   Thank you for your email, and I am very sorry to hear about this young boy.  At this time, our pediatric clinical trial of tazemetostat is on partial clinical hold to new enrollment due to the occurrence of a case of T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma in a child being treated with tazemetostat for poorly differentiated chordoma.  We are therefore unable to provide tazemetostat for clinical trials.  We are currently developing an expanded access program to provide tazemetostat for patients who are unable to enroll into a clinical trial, however we are not able to do this while tazemetostat is on partial clinical hold.  I also wanted to let you know that we do not have any clinical data using tazemetostat in glioblastoma or neuroblastoma.  I wish the child and his family the very best during this difficult time.   Sincerely, Maria   Maria Roche, NP Executive Medical Director, Clinical Research Epizyme, Inc  400 Technology Square, 4th Floor Cambridge, MA, 02139   www.epizyme.com
