Carissimi firmatari della petizione “Salviamo l’Alpe Devero”, le nostre adesioni hanno superato 108.500 firme! State partecipando a uno degli appelli che hanno avuto più risonanza: la nostra azione comune ha avuto e avrà un peso!
Il grande Piano Strategico “Avvicinare le Montagne”, comprensivo di una cinquantina di interventi di infrastrutturazione, è stato ritirato in questi ultimi giorni del 2022.
“Avvicinare le Montagne” non è riuscito a superare la necessaria Valutazione Ambientale Strategica (VAS).
Era un grande piano di infrastrutturazione di un’area protetta da norme regionali, nazionali e europee, parte del Sito Natura 2000 riconosciuto come Sito di Interesse Comunitario e Zona di Protezione Speciale. Le normative di tutela hanno tenuto!
Ma la minaccia non è sventata.
Imprenditori, pubblici amministratori e politici hanno cambiato strategia. Ripropongono vari interventi, uno alla volta, cercando autorizzazioni locali che esulano dalla valutazione dell'impatto complessivo (VAS) e confidano in una loro più facile approvazione.
Alcuni progetti sono stati proposti tra quelli da finanziare con i fondi del PNRR, altri vengono presentati singolarmente dalle istituzioni locali:

Il Comitato, insieme a enti e associazioni ambientaliste, aziende che lo sostengono, singoli aderenti, continuano la battaglia.
Le nostre azioni di tutela, in corso e in previsione, hanno però dei costi. Partecipiamo gratuitamente, ma abbiamo bisogno di aiuto da professionisti, legali, tecnici, esperti naturalisti.

“Avvicinare le Montagne” has been withdrawn, but same projects are now proposing one by one
The petition ‘Salviamo l’Alpe Devero’ (Let’s save Devero) has reached 108.500 signatures!
Thank you all for the support given.
We have reached a crucial step in our journey to preserve Alpe Devero from any development plans involving invasive interventions in the Alpe Devero area, such as the project ‘Avvicinare le Montagne’.
The plan ‘Avvicinare le Montagne’, a package of 50 of invasive interventions involving protected areas and reservations, has finally been withdrawn.
The plan failed to pass the ‘Valutazione Ambientale Strategica (VAS), a national statutory assessment to evaluate the environmental impact of the project.
Petition “Let's save Devero!” is still alive
Despite the halt to the grand plan of interventions, the Devero area remains at risk.
The strategy of the players of the grand plan has changed as they are now proposing similar projects on an individual basis, rather than as part of a larger one.
The idea behind this is to get the individual projects evaluated and approved locally, without triggering the national evaluation process of the VAS.
The Committee Tutela Devero, alongside environmental associations and supporters, is going on to protect the Alpe Devero area from environmental threats.

Das Projekt “Avvicinare le Montagne” (Annäherung an die Berge) wurde zurückgezogen, aber einzelne Projekte werden dennoch weiterverfolgt.
Liebe Unterzeichner der Petition "Salviamo l’Alpe Devero!” (Lasst uns Devero retten!), wir haben mehr als 108.500 Unterschriften sammeln können! Dieser Aufruf war einer der erfolgreichsten: Unser gemeinsames Handeln hat gewirkt!
Der große Strategieplan "Avvicinare le Montagne", einschließlich etwa fünfzig Infrastruktur-Interventionsplänen, wurde in den letzten Tagen des Jahres 2022 zurückgezogen.
“Avvicinare le Montagne” konnte die notwendige strategische Umweltprüfung (VAS) nicht bestehen.
Es war ein großer Infrastrukturplan für ein Gebiet, dass durch regionale, nationale und europäische Normen geschützt ist und als Sonderschutzgebiet im Rahmen von Natura 2000 von gemeinschaftlichem Interesse ist. Die Naturschutzgesetze haben gewirkt!
Aber die Bedrohung ist noch nicht gebannt. Denn Unternehmer, die öffentliche Verwaltung und Politiker haben ihre Strategie nur geändert. Sie setzen eine Reihe von Maßnahmen um, wobei sie versuchen, rechtliche Schlupflöcher in der lokalen Gesetzgebung auszunutzen, um die Entscheidung der VAS zu unterlaufen.
Einige Projekte wurden für die Finanzierung aus PNRR-Mitteln (der nationale Plan für Aufbau und Resilienz) vorgeschlagen, andere werden von lokalen Einrichtungen einzeln eingereicht.
Die Petition ist noch nicht am Ziel.
Zusammen mit Umweltorganisationen unterstützenden Unternehmen und einzelnen Personen setzt der Ausschuss den Kampf fort.
Unsere laufenden und geplanten Schutzmaßnahmen sind jedoch mit Kosten verbunden. Wir arbeiten ohne Bezahlung, aber wir brauchen Hilfe von Fachleuten, Juristen, Technikern, Naturexperten.
