In seguito alla presentazione delle lettere contenenti le ingiunzioni di pagamento, abbiamo presentato un ricorso al TAR contro di esse e contro il piano di valorizzazione del borgo presentato dal demanio, che di fatto esclude gli attuali abitanti, unica ragione per la quale Bussana Vecchia esiste ancora grazie ad anni di manutenzione degli stabili. Adesso il demanio minaccia 13 sgomberi accusando il Comune di Sanremo di inattività. Il Comune ci ha ricevuti e ci ha promesso aiuto, ma ora più che mai è importante dimostrare supporto per la causa: senza nessuna garanzia da parte delle istituzioni, il futuro di Bussana Vecchia, così come tutto ciò che ha rappresentato negli anni è a rischio.

After receiving the letters containing the payment orders, we have lodged an appeal with the Regional Administrative Court against them and against the development plan of the village presented by the state, which effectively excludes the current inhabitants, who are the only reason why Bussana Vecchia still exists thanks to years of maintenance of the buildings. Now the state threatens 13 evictions accusing the Municipality of Sanremo of stalling. The Municipality has received us and has promised us help, but now more than ever it is important that it demonstrates its support for the cause: without any guarantee from the institutions, the future of Bussana Vecchia, as well as everything it has represented over the years is at risk.

À la suite de la présentation des lettres contenant les injonctions de paiement, nous avons interjeté appel du tribunal administratif régional contre eux et contre le plan de valorisation du village présenté par l'État, qui exclut en fait les habitants actuels, seule raison pour laquelle Bussana Vecchia existe toujours grâce à des années d’entretien des bâtiments. À présent, l'État menace de procéder à 13 expulsions, accusant la municipalité de Sanremo d'être inactive. La municipalité nous a reçus et nous a promis de nous soutenir, mais il est plus que jamais nécessaire de démontrer notre soutien à la cause: sans aucune garantie des institutions, l’avenir de Bussana Vecchia, ainsi que tout ce qu’il a représenté au fil des années est en danger.
