Hoy hemos superado las 13.000 firmas.
13.000 personas han pedido lo mismo:
que no se cierre el único refugio canino de Benalmádena.
Y aun así, 13 concejales votaron a favor de su cierre.
No es una opinión.
No es una interpretación.
Es un hecho recogido en el acta del pleno municipal.
Por eso hemos compartido el mensaje:
“13 ignoraron a 13.000. Eso no es liderazgo.”

Porque cuando una minoría decide ignorar de forma consciente a miles de vecinos, el problema ya no es solo el refugio.
Es la forma de gobernar.

Seguimos exigiendo que el Ayuntamiento escuche a la ciudadanía y proteja a los animales que dependen de este refugio.

Today we have surpassed 13,000 signatures.
13,000 people have asked for the same thing:
that the only dog shelter in Benalmádena not be closed.
And yet, 13 councillors voted in favour of its closure.
This is not an opinion.
It is not an interpretation.
It is a fact recorded in the minutes of the municipal plenary session.
That is why we have shared the message:
‘13 ignored 13,000. That is not leadership.’
Because when a minority consciously decides to ignore thousands of residents, the problem is no longer just the shelter.
It is the way of governing.
This petition does not end here.
We continue to demand that the City Council listen to the citizens and protect the animals that depend on this shelter.
