Ms. Carson is an asset to our staff, community, and district. Under her supervision our school has smoothly transitioned to a K-6 building, shown improvements in student achievement, and made significant improvements to student attendance rates. Her attendance improvement program is now a model for the entire school district.

Over the last two years Ms. Carson has brought teachers from four different schools together to form a cohesive and effective staff. She has implimented new programs and expanded old programs to support a wide variety of students. Both the Title I Reading and English Language Development programs have experienced success under her leadership.

The transfer of Ms. Carson would be a great loss to our staff and students. Please reinstate Ms. Carson as the principal at Lewis and Clark Elementary.
