Diana is an animal lover and volunteer living in Puttaparthy . She has dedicated her life to care, feed and help street dogs that need special help. She has opened her home and heart to them. Also to some of the Sai baba ashram dogs that have been ill treated. WE MUST HELP AND SUPPORT DIANA TO HAVE HER DOGS BACK HOME.

Some of the neighbours around Dianas house in Puttaparthy have been attacking her house and compound. Poisioned some of her dogs. Throwing stones at her dogs. More than 1 month ago they broke illegal into her house and compound and catched and captured 5 of her dogs with force. This attack was supported by the animal welfare organization, Karuna Society, and they are now hidding the 5 dogs and keep them in prison at the Karuna Hospital.

THIS IS A NIGHTMARE. The dogs are crying. Diana is crying. DIANA IS NOT ALLOWED TO SE HER DOGS and KARUNA SOCIETY REFUSES TO GIVE THEM BACK TO DIANA.

Diana will do anything to have her dogs back home and secure them. So now she has moved to a new isolated house and area with no neighbours around. A place where nobody can be disturbed by her loving dogs. All Dianas dogs are friendly, sterilized and vaccinated against rabies and other diseases and their health is checked continuously. Thus they pose no threats to humans. What Diana wants is to be left in peace and tend to her dogs.

We request Karuna Society to give Diana back her 5 dogs. Now she has moved to a new place and her dogs cannot disturb anybody. Karuna Society have no excuse not to release the 5 dogs and allow them to come back home to Diana. Anything else is cruelty to animals and to Diana.

Some of the rules put forward by the Constitution of India in favour of the strays and those who are working towards the welfare of these animals are:

1. Street dogs that have been operated for birth control cannot be captured or relocated by anybody, including any authority.

2. It is illegal to maim or cause any injury to any animal.

3. It is a criminal offense to feed poisonous food to stray animals.

4. The Delhi High Court states that there are no laws that prohibit people from feeding stray animals.

This does not suit an animal welfare organization to break the laws and support the cruel people that hate street dogs and the animal lovers. It is Karuna Societys own actions that will give them a bad name. Not the animal lovers, volunteers and the street dogs.

WE REQUEST KARUNA SOCIETY TO GIVE DIANA BACK HER 5 DOGS AND TO SUPPORT THE STREET DOGS AND DIANA.
