Nearly one thousand supporters so far!

This the the recent email I received from Saga from which you will note they want to cancel communication between me and them on this matter. So now is the time for us all to act by sending letters and texts so our numbers count !!  If we just go away not they will win and I’m sure none of us want that. So PLEASE START COMMUNICATING!

Thank you for your letter dated 12th July on behalf of your wife. Euan (Sutherland) has asked me to respond, my name is Angie O’Farrell, Chief Operating Officer at Saga Media. Thank you for your correspondence to date, which has been read and reviewed, not just by our subscriptions team, but also by our head of subscriptions, our CEO, our legal team and obviously myself.   

It is clear from your communications with us that you are not happy with our decision to date, and I apologise in advance if this response falls into the same category as previous correspondence, however, you and your wife took out a lifetime subscription for the Saga magazine and by changing from a print to a digital version, Saga continues to fulfil its subscription obligation. We therefore do not consider it necessary to engage in any further correspondence with you on this matter.
