To All Supporters,

Congratulations we have done it! As I type, work is underway to install not one but three pedestrian crossings at the junction of Kingstown Road and Windsor Way. This will enable pedestrians at each corner of the junction to cross safely, including our children so they can cross safely to and from school.

It's taken almost 4 long years for this change to happen but its here, and it only happened because each and every one of you took the time to have your say and sign the petition, so THANK YOU! Just goes to show what can be done when people join together to ask for a positive change to their community.

Once the crossing is fully installed and in action I will be back in touch with a date and time where anyone who wishes to can come down for a collective crossing which will be featured in the paper. Hopefully it will inspire others and the next generation to see that we can impact decisions made by the council about our area if enough of us show support.
