HUMBLE APPEAL TO ALL THE FAITHFUL CHRISTIANS, CHURCHES, CONGREGATIONS PARISHIONERS, SCHOOLS, COLLEGES, HOSPITALS, INSTITUTES  IN INDIA AND CHRISTIANS  ALL  AROUND THE WORLD

Faithful Members, Parishioners, Congregations, Students, Staff of Medical/Educational Institutions of the Christian Community and Churches of all denominations.

Greetings in the name of  Jesus Christ! 

1)    So far, we know that massive corruption has spread to the highest ranks of the Church and Church/Institution/ Trusts. 

2)    Many high rank officials of the Church have been arrested and were arrested in the past all throughout our Country.

3)    Old Church Missionaries Hard-earned Churches, Church Lands, Institutions, Schools, Colleges, Hospitals Holy Lands which were  prayerfully dedicated to the service and Glory of God are being sold/leased/alienated  by corrupt Church high rank Religious leaders /Officials /Trustees to third-party, outsiders, non-Christian builders/institutions for their personal gains and are exhausting the Holy Church Institution lands in our country, which are to be used from generation to generation only for Church and Welfare purposes. They are depleting by disposing away such  Holy  properties in our country which were to be passed from generation to generation.

4)    Many Educational /Medical institutions Hospitals were started over 200 years ago by the efforts of Dedicated Missionaries for the service of People. Many Church Lands and Churches were dedicated to the Glory of God for worship by the Missionaries over 300 - 500 years ago and more precisely prior to the independence of India.

5)    Inspite there being a law "The Places of Worship Act 1991” (“which was enacted to freeze the status of religious places of worship as they existed on August 15 1947, and prohibits the conversion of any place of worship and ensures the maintenance of their religious character") many such properties are being illegally disposed-off to Non- Christian third parties for non-religious purposes and for vested interests.

6)    Many Church/Educational and Medical Institution Holy Lands by various denominations like Church of North India (CNI, Methodist Church in India( MCI ), Catholic Church , Church of South India (CSI), Salvation Army  etc. have disposed-off Church Institutions/ Holy lands including Christian Cemetery lands to outside third parties for commercial purposes for vested interests without any benefits to the Christian Community .Many properties are on the verge of being Sold, Leased , Alienated to outside  third Parties for vested interests.

7)    The Christian Identity in India is because of our Holy Church - Institution Properties and which are to be used from generation to generation for the Christian Community Services and Church Purposes and other Social, Welfare Medical and Educational purposes only and the same needs to be protected.

8)    So far whatever Properties have been disposed or leased illegally needs to be restored immediately and the consideration received from the sale /Alienation/ lease of any such Holy Lands/ Institution/Church Trust lands has never benefitted the Churches and congregation nor there is any accountability and transparency.

9)    We are demanding for Centralized/State stringent law wherein the selling/Alienation/Leasing of Church/Institution properties would be difficult and will come under the scanner and more transparency and accountability will be ensured to the Christian Community and to the Government,. The properties which are being illegally handed over to third parties for commercial benefits should be restored immediately and  which would only benefit the Christian Community, Churches, Congregation, Parishioners and Beneficiaries of the Christian Church/ Trusts and Christian Services.

10)    Also demanding the election on the church trusts boards should be conducted more democratically rather than just few ruling the properties and ruining the same for vested interests and exhausting Holy Lands.

11)    We are beginning online signature campaign to protect and safeguard the Holy Church Institution properties for which Your help and support is needed to save the same.

12)    Wake up!  Faithfully fulfill the responsibilities entrusted to us by God...! And move forward with courage...!Pledge your support by signing..
