Thank you for your commitment to this important issue. I want to take a moment to address all of you who’ve supported this cause.
The next steps in addressing your concerns involve going through the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) process. This typically happens in March or April, but there are some opportunities for you to get involved before then.
I encourage you to attend our monthly public hearings, which take place on the third Tuesday of each month. You will have the chance to present your case in a quick 3-minute presentation. If you form a group, you’ll be given 10 minutes to present your views and make a stronger impact.
To get on the agenda for a meeting, please email us ahead of time, especially if you're representing a group. This will ensure you’re signed up and your issue is properly recorded for consideration.
