1,00,000 + wants people to be provided with safe, clean toilets on highways

SICK! Over a lakh people are talking about the difficulty in holding urine for a long time till they sight a decent toilet. They are sharing about the difficulties they had while convincing the bus drivers to show mercy on the women, sick, old, people with disabilities and children to stop at some secluded place so that they can relieve. Well, that can be dangerous: animal attacks, snake bites, possible strangers attacking, molestation or rape! They don't mind facing the danger, because there is no decent toilet which gives them privacy to relieve. Well, some are talking about a policy on paper! A policy that directs the petrol bunks to have toilets. But, they would have one!? But, it is normally for those who buy petrol/diesel from them and not for public. Hotels and dhabhas should be having urinals. But, it would be there, maintenance is the issue. I better not re narrate what several signatories have said about Govt Bus Stand urinals...! Fine, now dear Govt. kindly respond at least now. This is not a war against you, but an humble request for a decent service. I hope you understand that before this issue is going to be like wild fire you should respond. Note that it took about 20 days to gather 50 thousand supporters (till 5th July) and in the last two days, it gained the next 50,000. Thanks to all of us who are coming out of the closets to talk about this Sickening issue in public. Let us keep the momentum, by continuing to share this among our friends and reaching out to those who have not yet signed the petition and still shying away to talk on this issue.
