Will Govt respond when a LAKH voices are heard?

'TOILET Revolution' - We are joining to demand for clean, safe toilets on the highways. We are using toilets in our houses, so when we travel we want to use toilets ONLY! Not behind a tree or a bush. We all are travelling for work/business, family purposes and also for pleasure, etc. When we are out of our houses, all of us want to be safe and healthy. That is why we are asking the Govt to provide SAFE and CLEAN toilets on roads. Yes, we are prepared to accept the charges, but not in a discriminating manner or very exorbitantly. We are in fact supporting the SWATCH BHARATH Abhiyan. As and when supporters from across INDIA and also from abroad are joining to sign petition, very serious and interesting case studies, experiential anecdotes and suggestions are coming up. As a person who started this petition, I thank you all for considering and making this petition your own. Its you who have spread the message to thousands and now marching to reach a lakh. Let's hope now some Govt representative will respond. Or do they need another lakh to sign?!
