Residents of Housing for Women have spoken out again, this time to MyLondon’s community reporter Ruby Gregory.

Unlike HfW, Ruby was kind, supportive and caring enough to visit our residents who have been complaining about the conditions and security of their building in Lewisham.

Some residents of Lewisham have been speaking out for years, crying out for help, voicing their concerns publicly while also posting evidence which HfW continue to ignore. In response HfW decided to lie again by claiming they are unaware of any current issues of this nature. HfW have a long history of lying and covering up the truth but when you search them on social media platforms Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, you’ll find comments left by residents informing them of the issues they claim to not be aware of. No apology has been given by HfW to residents for the serious and dangerous failings and negligence.

We encourage residents to contact Ruby, who will treat you with the upmost respect, kindness and care. You can choose to remain anonymous and your details will remain confidential. Ruby has a heart of gold, shows empathy and compassion who really wants to help and make a difference to the lives of residents who have been ignored and neglected for years by HfW. If you’re unable to have a home visit due to domestic abuse, ASB or any other matter that makes it unsafe for you, we will arrange a safe space for you to meet. You can also contact Ruby directly via Twitter or contact us to arrange it for you.

We are so grateful to Ruby and MyLondon and appreciate all their support and help. We look forward to continuing to work together.
