In just over a week we collected 1121 signatures! We are overwhelmed & so grateful! We could never do it without your help!

Thank you for signing & sharing the petition with your friends! We received so many lovely, encouraging messages and they mean so much to us!

You already made such a big difference in our lives. First of all we no longer feel alone. We also feel much safer knowing this matter cannot be swept under the carpet anymore. Not with all your eyes following this case.

We are happy to say we received some initial communication from Croydon Council. Hopefully we'll have more to report soon!

What is perhaps even more important our petition put a spot light on the unmoral and often illegal practises of property guardian companies all over the country. We have been contacted by many guardians and ex-guardians who identify with our story and who also experienced negligence & substandard living conditions. We are hoping to share their stories with you soon.

On a bright side we hope that this campaign helps to promote the idea of community led housing & co-operatives. Through this process we enjoyed the support and help of our newly found worldwide co-op family. Thank you co-operators!

Even in those uncertain times we want to continue our work here. We recently finished online Spanish course and we are planning to run more classes for children this time. We also continue to promote food-growing with our neighbourhood plant exchange program. Soon we'll be offering permaculture classes.

Let's keep it going! Our next target is 1500 signatures! Let's make it happen! Together we can make such a big difference in affordable housing! We really believe community projects should be at the front of this change.
