Thank you to the Auburn and wider Australian community for your support in standing up against abuse of power, corruption and for better accountability in government. Salim Mehajer and Auburn Council have been officially sacked as of today with the State Government's Council Amalgamation announcement. We would have preferred if the sacking had taken place earlier and under different circumstances. We must ensure that the Auburn public inquiry continues and all wrong doers are prosecuted. Auburn and Holroyd is now Cumberland Council. We must protect it from being Cumberland Corrupt Council. Auburn's super 6 must be banned from public office.
