Power Rangers Documentary

The Issue

"It's Morphin' Time!" - Jason, Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers (1993)

Those immortal words were shouted back in 1993 when Power Rangers first premiered on Fox in late August. For over 2 decades, this TV show had won the hearts of both kids and adults. I started watching this when I was 5 and now I still enjoy it as one of the best action shows ever to reach the highest peak in children's programming.

Some fans are curious on how it was created. I know that this show was based on a Japanese live-action show called Super Sentai (est. 1975), created by Toei Company with American actors and voices in the scenes around each and every season of the series since the beginning. I then already know the difference around each and every episode of the show by the footage they used from Sentai and now everybody would like to see how they've done it from the beginning. I'm making this petition to ask Saban and others that supported the franchise to make a Power Rangers documentary.

Some fans would like to know how the show was developed from adapting a Japanese action show and turning it into a worldwide pop culture phenomenon in America. It should include interviews from cast members, writers, producers with behind-the-scenes footage, clips & moments from the series; even interviews from fans around the world. We must make it a good one for fans to see and learn how it became the No. 1 show worldwide for kids & adults.
