Having just navigated the intricate and often confusing system of the Social Security Administration (SSA), I feel compelled to share my experience to foster change. It's not about ingratitude; it's about the deep flaws and, at times, unconstitutional guidelines that are leaving many, including myself, feeling helpless and disregarded.

When the SSA calculates monthly financial benefits and back pay for those fortunate enough to receive them, the process is marred by rules that seem unfair and outdated. For instance, during the waiting period, any form of income—whether from work, family, or friends—is deducted from the monthly benefit, minus a nominal first $20. This means individuals who are striving to improve their situations by working part-time still face financial instability. Furthermore, those receiving insurance through the marketplace see those amounts also deducted from their benefits. They expect you to pay your fair share while waiting, so if they think you didn't, or or had resources aforementioned then kiss it good by

This isn’t merely an inconvenience; it’s a significant hindrance to individuals trying to rebuild their lives and attain some form of financial independence. The system's rules unfairly penalize those who wish to work or seek help from others, and this has become the unfortunate reality for many.

I believe change is necessary and possible. We need to unite and call out these unconstitutional practices by the SSA. We need to rally our voices to push for a reform that allows for fair and evenly distributed benefits, that don’t penalize anyone for trying to better themselves.

I am looking for like-minded individuals who have been affected by these same issues or can empathize with our plight to stand with me. Let us shine a spotlight on these unfair practices and push for legislative change that ensures equal, fair, and adequate support for all, regardless of their financial situation. Even the disabled deserve the persuit of happiness. Nonetheless the government body is always talking about it running out, why not allow those that are aware of means to secure their future with the money that's supposed to be there's anyway do so through trust etc
