Thank you for the overwhelming support. This community has truly shown their love  for Joe.

It has been brought to my attention that the boards decision to oust Joe was UNANIMOUS but their basis for doing so is very "questionable". I was given much more of the "story" tonight and have a lot of information to sift through.

This is going to make our fight a little more tough turning over a unanimous decision but given the amount of support and the total devastation at the watering hole after his departure we have a good case. 

The board did not take into account the damages from the outcome. They did not consider how our community would react. They did not consider the menu would have to be cut, taking the average ticket price from $40 to $15, thus lowering income and tips for our servers. Backlash has caused boycotts, last night the watering hole was a ghost town. They took our profitable watering hole and are sending it on a fast track for failure. This was a rash uninformed decision by our board and it is costing us dearly. 

The "inventory" discrepancy" story is true. There was indeed a discrepancy last May. It is to my understanding management at the watering hole was already taking course of action to correct it. The board blind sided management and went around them and abruptly fired Joe. What should have been a simple reprimand and change of business practice turned into a witch hunt. And look what that has cost us. 

It is time we take a closer look at these individuals we have elected to this "board". Are these the people we want making decisions for us? I don't think so.
