We are so grateful that you are here.  

As you read in our e-mails, RowAmerica Rye and Wainwright House are at risk of continuing to operate in Rye. 

We have identified a mutually beneficial opportunity for both institutions that will allow us to continue to deliver the physical, emotional, social, spiritual and intellectual programs that have served our community for many years. 

In order for RowAmerica Rye to relocate to Wainwright House, a number of changes have to be made, including a new building provided for by the Milton Harbor Foundation and an amendment to the Rye City Code for R-1 zones to also include water dependent recreational facilities and uses for recreational, non-motorized small craft. The new facility would be constructed on the current site of the Fonrose House, a non-historic structure in need of significant repair that is the southernmost of the three buildings on the property.

We are asking your support to sign this petition asking the City to adopt the amendment to the Rye City Code for R-1 zones.
