On 14th December 2015, Rutland County Council's Director of Places (Dave Brown) wrote to The Cottesmore Hunt outlining the conditions for using Catmose Car Park on Boxing Day. What's interesting to us is that the letter is signed off by saying the Council looks forward to future charitable events; have a look for yourself here - http://tinyurl.com/gmd7qat. Feel free to email Dave Brown and ask him why blocking badger setts, something that a) an employee of The Cottesmore Hunt was prosecuted for on 17/09/2015 & b) indicates the pursuit of red foxes, is deemed 'charitable'.
