Yesterday we received a response from a member of Rutland County Council, Liberal Democrat Councillor Gale Waller. It was brief & began by saying "The decision was not made by the Council", which is rather astounding, since on 9th December last year, Rutland County Council issued a news article on their website stating that they had responded to a request from The Cottesmore Hunt. The news article in question has now been deleted; are they attempting to pretend the decision was nothing to do with them?
