The Denver City Council is moving forward with a proposal to ban the sale of flavored tobacco and vapor products. While no agenda is posted, CASAA has learned that the first hearing/debate on the ordinance is expected on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, 10:30 AM with the Safety and Housing Committee.

Full Denver City Council (13 members) will vote in late October.

Prior to the meeting, take a moment to make contact with your council member and urge them to oppose the flavor ban!
