I am all alone in a country which is going to war. My mother is back in India, crying out for help to get me and 100s of others out of Ukraine as Russia has deployed more troops along the border.

I am writing this petition from Kyiv, Ukraine. Like many Indians, I am stuck here and don’t know what will happen next. I am trying to calm myself down but things are getting worse by every hour.

News about how an Air India aircraft flying to Ukraine to bring home Indians was turned back has got me very scared. Ukraine said it has closed its airspace because of the conflict.

How will we get home safe? The Indian govt authorities were supposed to share a flight ticket with me, which I haven’t received yet.
