Petition updateThe government to put aside immigration law and use compassion for a dying motherToday's visit to the local Police Station update

Today's visit was stressful and many tears shed, as all mum did was sign to confirm she is still in the UK and living at the same address.
On arrival they were both so stressed out the Immigration officers came out to confirm all we will be doing today is signing and no arrests or deportation is on the cards at today's meeting.
You don't know how relieved both mum and Desree were, as we left the police station with a note confirming our next visit to sign on will only be on the 11th of May 2017, which could be a good sign that the Home Office is considering our plea for compassion for mum to stay with her family, so Please continue to support us by sending a direct plea to your local MP and then to Secretary of State "Amber Rudd" @

British Prime Minister Th Rt Honourable Theresa May @

We were also told that we will be getting a telephone call on the 22nd of November from the High Commisioners office at 10h30, which they say will be to confirm mums nationality, which they said could be for them to finalise the travel documents, which could be the start of mum's instructions to leave the UK BUT we just trust in the Lord this will not happen.
For now Christmas is on its way and we can celebrate knowing that we have another 6 months before the ordeal starts again and our legal team have informed us that it is unlikely they will deport mum prior to this next meeting, giving us six months to continue to gather support for our case, so please continue to support us and get your local MP's on board, as the petition is now sat with the government and a decision must be made and I do beleive the people have spoken and this will go a long way in allowing the government to show our family compassion and allow us to take care of mum until she passes on.
I will give another update after the telephone call on the 22nd of Novemebr 2016 with the High Commissioner's office.
If you would like to contribute financially in assisting us to take this further please visit our GoFundMe page @

We as a family appreciate ALL your continued support, which keeps us fighting and moving forward in doing what is right for our mother.
If there are any funds left over after our journey in seeking compassion for our mother and being allowed to take on our social responsibility our mother would like it ALL donated to the local NHS Dialysis unit in Bristol.
Regards
Derek, Desree, Irene and family
