All best wishes Marie Suggested points for your letter: - I am one of the 339,000 people who have signed the petition on change.org for Helen’s Law (change.org/Helenslaw). - The campaign has been established by Mrs Marie McCourt of Billinge, Lancs. Her daughter, Helen, aged 22, was murdered in February 1988 but her body has never been found. Her killer Ian Simms was convicted on the grounds of overwhelming forensic evidence and is serving life imprisonment. To this day he refuses to reveal where Helen is. - [insert your own paragraph here about your experience or why you signed this petition] - Mrs McCourt’s supportive MP Conor McGinn (St Helens North) will be raising the issue in the House of Commons in October.
