Govt says TRAI has begun discussions on it.But what discussions.We always have seen TRAI giving irrelevant directives which operators flout openly.This is just a slow ploy by regulators in INDIA to aid the operators to bring such initiatives in future which would be against the subscribers.Lets get more and more support so that it becomes impossible for TRAI and telecom minister to ignore it.
