“ Tiffany Puppies” have been in the limelight for some time now. Tiffany puppies have been spotted on social media platforms advertising Pomeranian and chihuahuas, and most active on their Instagram page. Promoting the business of selling IMPORTED puppies from Russia, the individual hiding behind this company is Elena Katerova who labels the puppies as “Luxury” dogs. These dogs are bred to look smaller and smaller to look like “hand bag” dogs. Which is injurious to the animals life. 

Love Island celebrity couple, Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague have recently lost there Pomeranian Puppy, just after days of receiving him. Mr Chai who Elena Katerova assures was a “healthy” dog posted on her instagram page saying that she has “watched him grow” over video calls, which is not a reliable source of making sure of the conditions a puppy is kept.

Mr Chai’s autopsy report stated that Chai’s skull wasn’t fully developed, leaving him with part of his brain exposed. Chai had no white blood cells and multiple organ issues, which shows that the “breeders” had not PRIORITISED the well-being of Mr Chai. It was stated that if Chai was born with these underlying health conditions whilst being only a couple months old.

Importing these puppies from Russia, with NO guarantee regarding how they have been kept behind the video calls is outrageously cruel. It is a traumatic and stressful experience for these puppies to be travelling across the globe,  and can be EXTREMELY distressing for the puppy. IMPORTING HAS TO STOP. 

Mr chai had multiple devastating health issues and was STILL imported to make an extremely LONG and painful journey on his own, with his welfare being NEGLECTED. Under Lucy’s Law, it states that anyone wanting to purchase a kitten or puppy in England, MUST now buy direct from a breeder. On the 6th of April, this legislation was introduced to ban third party sales within England. This law ensures you purchase a puppy or kitten face to face with a breeder, within these circumstances, this didn’t happen. 

Elena Katerova identifies herself as a “breeder” but has not bred any of these puppies on her own! She relies on individuals “breeders” in Russia to import these dogs to her, as her stance represents more of a “Middle Man” than a reputable breeder. 

Puppy farmers can set up a realistic home like environment to achieve the look of a “healthy” puppy thriving home. Elena states she has seen Mr Chai grow up behind a screen during video calling. Puppy farmers are known to show you what you like to see, and when the video calling has ended, treat the puppies and mother in a very sinister manner. 

PLEASE with my kindest regards sign this petition to STOP the importing of poor puppies which are sourced from a completely UNRELIABLE and UNSAFE environment. 

when searching for a new addition to your family PLEASE do research before you’re set on wanting a dog. PLEASE adopt, or source a puppy from a REPUTABLE breeder, who you can meet face to face and can visit the puppy, and his/her mother as many times as you like. ASK as many questions as you like! Such as health history of the mother and father ask to view health certificates. PLEASE DO turn to the Kennel Club website where it guides you regarding which questions to ask your breeder. 

Finally, anyone who has purchased a puppy from this outrageous money making business, it is NOT about “my dog is healthy” IT IS THE DISTRESSING and horrific journey that trails behind it! And can mentally effect your dogs wellbeing for his/her full life. These businesses don’t have any regard for the welfare of the animals THEY MUST STOP. WE are the voice for them, we must address this issue.
