Parliament Petition

An official petition has been prepared to get 500 penned signatures to submit to the Honorable Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of NSW. This is to bring to the attention of the House that we want a full investigation into this vet clinic by NSW RSPCA and NSW Vet Board in relation to many allegations of cruelty and unprofessional conduct by Dr Shama Sivaji herself. We will also include with the submission copies of email complains that have been sent to our committee from former employees and clients. We are also demanding with the full investigation that complaints older than 3 years old also are dealt with (the Vet Board will only look into matters if the complaint was raised 3 years from the incident).
