Beautiful Mollie was living in a dump , being abused and made to live in her own muck with only rainwater to drink. RSPCA was aware of this. They had numerous phone calls you also visited this hell hole. But nothing was done. Mollie was left like this for 6 long horrendous months until a Facebook group took action.. The word started to spread and people was bombarding them with calls that they kept dismissing because apparently keeping a dog outside is ok. A local woman to 'Ely, Cardiff' took her from hell after being given away for free on a social networking site. Then the RSPCA took her from a good home on the afternoon of the 19th November 2014 , no officer present & nothing being signed. This is breaking the law, No investigation is being held for mollies previous owners so there was no need to take mollie from her nice new warm home !
