How long is the City of Toronto going to allow operation of this industrial batch plant that was never approved by the Building Department for construction in our residential neighbourhood?

Mimico Community recently submitted an Application for Routine Disclosure to obtain the Building Permit application documents and a copy of the Building Permit for construction of the ML Ready-Mix Concrete Plant.

The City of Toronto's Routine Disclosure West District office has now responded with written confirmation that a Building Permit was never issued to allow this concrete plant development:

"This is in response to your Records Disclosure request dated July 12, 2021 for copy of drawings for 29 JUDSON ST.

The survey dated 2002 has been located. There are no other drawings in record.  There are no issued building permit record for the property.

If you wish to obtain the survey, our administration fee is $71.17 per municipal address.  Payment can be done through our phone payment line at (416) 397-5222 any business day from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to pay by credit card; or pay online (applicant only)
