Very concerning: It's been almost 3 years since the City of Toronto purchased the land to force ML to leave the neighborhood.
Immeasurably more important: It's now been close to 6 months since a cyclist's life was ended when he was hit by a ML Ready-Mix concrete truck!
City of Toronto Councilor Mark Grimes (Ward 3: Etobicoke-Lakeshore) issued an update to the neighborhood Residents via printed update in mailboxes advising the city expects ML to be gone by Spring 2021; however, constant concrete / aggregate trucks is still a daily occurrence.
