A man is charged with murdering a woman at Windale, NSW. Her body was found during a welfare check at a home yesterday (April 18) following a concern for welfare report. The 25-year-old male was taken into custody and charged with murder (domestic violence. He is known to her. 
She is the 21st Australian woman killed this year. Last year we lost 79 women to violence - the year before 106 women were killed.
