Atualização do abaixo-assinadoRoyal Commission into Islamic Extremism in Australia10,000 Signatures — Australians Are Demanding Action

Thank you. Reaching 10,000 signatures is not accidental. It is a clear signal that Australians are no longer willing to be ignored.

Despite this growing momentum, the Prime Minister continues to avoid committing to a Royal Commission, instead deflecting public concern toward peripheral issues. Time and again, the conversation is redirected to hate-speech laws, right-wing extremism, or firearms policy, while refusing to confront the real and recurring problem of Islamic extremism. Australians can see this avoidance for what it is.

As we approach Christmas, this issue matters more than ever. This is a time to reflect on family, community, and the values that define our Western democratic way of life — accountability, honesty, and the courage to confront uncomfortable truths. These are values worth defending.

This petition is not “just a petition.” It is a measure of public resolve. Every signature shows decision-makers that Australians take this issue seriously. We are voters, parents, and citizens who care deeply about the future of our country. We are not children to be distracted or spoken down to, and our intelligence should not be treated as such.

Now we must broaden our efforts.

Please help by:

  • Sharing this petition widely on social media
  • Posting it in news and political comment sections
  • Emailing it directly to MPs and Senators
  • Sending it to friends, family, and colleagues who are frustrated by inaction

Public pressure works — but only when it is applied consistently and at scale.

Thank you for standing up, speaking out, and refusing to stay silent.

Stay safe,

Steven
