North Carolina Media Publicity Needed!

Please get the word out on my petition for Channing Ashbaugh to as many North Carolina television stations as you can!  I don't know what else to do for her, and I am feeling lost, not well-versed in the law!  It will take someone pleasantly surprising me by bringing her my direction in Kingwood, Texas for the reason that I don't have the money for attorneys and so forth to effectively and legally get her out of where she is, living with a North Carolina Department Of Social Services caretaker in the caretaker's own home in Waxhaw, North Carolina located in Union County, at 2119 Abundance Lane to be exact.  Her future has me very depressed because I hate to think that she will have a legal guardianship stranglehold over her by the state of North Carolina all the rest of her life!  So help us out!  She doesn't want to stay with the North Carolina Department Of Social Services caretaker Fatima Israel!  Who is up for the job of effectively and legally getting Channing out of where she is and next to me for life without my involvement?  Who exactly would be the decision makers that can make all of this happen?
