If this isn't abuse, then I don't know what is!

Channing Ashbaugh's caretaker refuses to call the hospital to schedule her abdominal scan that her doctor ordered four weeks ago!  She also says she would prefer to be with me for life instead of the state of North Carolina being her guardian for the rest of her life, all the more reason we need to keep up the pressure by way of getting more signatures added to this petition!  I have advised Channing that if her cell phone has a camera, she should get video evidence recorded of her caretaker being abusive to her, and to also petition the court about the guardianship the state has over her.  Since Mecklenburg County is no longer Channing's guardian, I have no way to find out who or what state entity has taken it over.  Your help will be greatly appreciated!
