Attention Rotonda West Property Owners

A community meeting regarding the proposed 212-unit development will be held on Friday, March 6th at 4:00 PM at the RWA Community Center Building (646 Rotonda Circle).

CORRECTION: This is not a formal meeting conducted by our HOA (Rotonda West Association), but it is an opportunity for residents to gather, share information, and respectfully express concerns. We have confirmed that Andy Vanscyoc, President and Derrick Hedges, Manager of the HOA will be present at the meeting.  

With over 1,200 petition signatures, this is an important time for the community to show up, stay informed, and participate in person — especially since there will not be a Charlotte County public hearing.

We appreciate the RWA for allowing the use of the RWA community building.
