Change For Rotonda West?FL, United States
Feb 13, 2026

We want to sincerely thank everyone who came out to our first Property Owner Meeting. We had over 100  residents sign in (and likely more in attendance), which shows just how much our community cares about protecting this area.

This was just the beginning — and your support, energy, and willingness to get involved made it a success.

What We Covered at the Meeting:
• Overview of the proposed 212-unit development (site plan, location, and key details)
• Current status of the project with the County review process
• How Change.org will be used to keep everyone informed
• Where to find developer plans, submittals, and weekly County updates & Contact List
• Key concerns identified so far:
– Easements & land use issues
– Flooding and drainage concerns
– Traffic impacts
– Gopher tortoise habitat
– Compatibility with surrounding homes
– Added impact from the Parade Circle development

If you are looking for a copy of the Contact Sheet for Charlotte County Officials and Cape Cave Corporation to write letters and express your concerns it is available at this link: https://personal.filesanywhere.com/guest/fs?v=8e71628f586471b6a99d&C=50

Thank you again for showing up, asking questions, and being part of this effort.
