CORRECTION--

Please excuse my serious error in stating what was approved last night. I did not realize that the original stipulation that '3 stories at the sidewalks' part of the height stipulation WAS REMOVED. This means that 5 1/2 stories is now allowed directly at the sidewalks. This does not adhere to city vision, citizen input, and is a variance from our code. The reason for the original 3 stories stipulation was to help insure that scale and context of whatever develops on this site will be appropriate. 5 1/2 stories at the sidewalk next to a major thoroughfare DOES NOT the village scale of the Roswell Historic District.
