In Scotland, it is illegal to disturb or injure any porpoise, dolphin or whale. Most fish farms use multiple acoustic deterrent devices (ADDs), each of which outputs up to an ear-splitting 196 decibels. 

There is an easy solution! Fish farms can - and some do - use double nets to keep seals out. The regulators, Marine Scotland, are STILL not enforcing the law. 

We are talking to the Minister and need more signatures to show the Minister how much people care for dolphins and porpoises.
