No explanation why laws protecting porpoises & dolphins are not enforced

Please share this petition again, help it reach 16,000 supporters by Thursday when we have a meeting with Marine Scotland, who have for 9 months avoided answering this simple question: "Why is the law protecting porpoises, dolphins and whales from disturbance and injury from fish farm acoustic deterrent devices not being enforced?"
