(I changed the title because some people got confused)

I've seen too many people trying to tell or 'guide' the creators of RWBY on what to do. Especially in light of recent events on the show; (character deaths, injuries, a generally darker turn). People are definitely allowed their opinions. But what a lot of people do not consider:

This is a show.

A show written by the people passionate enough to make it. People who have planned several seasons in advance. People who have earned so much respect for igniting a strong fan base.

So many strong shows in the past have self-destructed when they started doing "what the fans want" too much. RWBY has pulled off great hat-tips to the fandom. But the fandom in general is still much too in the dark about the show's mechanics to make any strong story alterations.

Now, if the team at RWBY has already planned these changes, cool, don't rush them. If not, cool, make YOUR show. I'll continue enjoying it as it comes.

And if I have an alternate story, I'll write a fanfiction.
