Room rent are too high, so decreased it

Room rent are too high, so decreased it
The Issue
I'm writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue affecting students in Karol Bagh and Rajendra Nagar. The exorbitant room rents in these areas have become a significant burden, making it increasingly difficult for students to find affordable housing while pursuing their education.
Karol Bagh and Rajendra Nagar have long been known as prime residential areas for students due to their proximity to various educational institutions. However, the rising cost of rent has created a financial strain on students and their families, many of whom are already struggling to meet the high costs of education and living expenses.
High room rents have several adverse effects:
1) Increased Financial Burden: Students and their families are forced to allocate a significant portion of their income to rent, leaving less for other essential needs such as food, transportation, and educational materials.
2) Stress and Mental Health: The financial strain can lead to increased stress and anxiety among students, negatively impacting their academic performance and overall well-being.
Access to Education: High living costs may deter students from pursuing higher education or force them to choose less suitable accommodations farther from their institutions, affecting their academic success.
We respectfully request the authorities to:
Implement regulations to cap room rents in Karol Bagh and Rajendra Nagar to ensure they are within a reasonable and affordable range for students.
Provide incentives for landlords who offer affordable housing to students, such as tax breaks or subsidies.
Develop student housing projects that provide safe, affordable, and convenient living spaces close to educational institutions.
