Hi All, I have had some correspondence, back from BT openreach & it would strengthen our case if you have complained to your ISP about your broadband / telephone line. It turns out that not all complaints are forwarded onto a BT engineer or on the the BT system & as such are not showing up on the BT overall complaint / problems. To fix this we need to ALL get our ISP's to forward our complaints to Kathryn Holroyd at BT Wholesale High Level Complaints Team via : broadband.hlc@bt.com quoting reference: HLC 1014882 the more that do this the better. This is very simply to do, I did it with my ISP Eclipse, ring up ask for tech support, get the person you speak to forward all you complaints to the contact details above.
