GTA V introduced a new, in many ways better, weapon selection screen. Other than just one weapon per type (Melee, Pistol, SMG, Assault Rifle, Rifle/Sniperrifle, Grenade and Heavy/Special), you could carry all weapons of a certain type. This may sound good, and to a degree it is, however, you will often pick up, or buy, useless weapons. It is very tiresome to have to switch between up to 7 different weapons to get the weapon you want to use. This can, especcially, in Online PVP screw you over, because while you are selecting the weapon you want, the other person already put multiple magazines into your body.

I can't imagine it being difficult to implement such a system. Maybe make it possible to sell weapons back to Ammunation, or store them in the Heist room in your apartment.

A lot of people are frustrated by this, and would be very happy to be able to get rid of said weapons.
