Roblox Tower Defense Simulator Improvements for High-Level Players

The Issue

As a dedicated player who has achieved over level 340 in TDS, I am deeply concerned about the current direction of its development. For some background, I started in 2019. I played on and off throughout 2020 and eventually (end of 2022) had obtained everything (all gskins, all normal skins, all towers, all obtainable event skins, lost souls, quickdraw, etc). Then (2023-2024) I began to do challenges of all sorts to keep myself from boredom (I wrote my own randomizer and did a lot of fallen, pw2, and hc challenges). It was not enough, and throughout all this time the developers hadn't added any new modes or challenges for the high-level playerbase. As you can see, I have invested countless hours into this game, only to see its high-level interest stagnate due to developers focusing their efforts on things that, although making the game more balanced and fair (sometimes), do not enhance the overall depth or replayability of their game.

The developers seem more interested in reworking existing mechanics and appealing to the newer playerbase instead of focusing on what truly matters - ensuring the game has enough depth to last, even at the highest level of gameplay. It has been a long time since any update was well-accepted by the high-level community, with most updates primarily targeting aesthetics and reworking existing towers.

Their current strategy, although addressing some feedback from the community, disproportionately represents the different parts of the playerbase and rather focuses more on the newer players. All parts of the playerbase should be considered during all development decisions to provide equal enhancements for everyone.

If the TDS developers wish to make their game as alive and popular as it once was, they should focus on making sure everyone is benefitted by their changes.

Please sign this petition if you agree that it's time for the TDS developers to more equally consider the needs of their playerbase.
