CNN - Puerto Rico has become 'dead dog island'

So, as you know, Puerto Rico is in the midst of an economic crisis, and THOUSANDS of loving pets are dying.  Their only mistake being that of geography.

Presently, there are several organizations on the island who rescue unwanted dogs, and send them to shelters in the mainland United States.  American Airlines offers a discounted rate of $50 to transport them to the mainland, where they will find loving forever homes.

This is a call to the other airlines offering service between Puerto Rico and the mainland US.  Offer discounted rates in order to transport these animals to the mainland US.
