We pray the Illinois Courts Commissioners are able to unanimously agree on the truth of what has transpired to warrant the Judicial Inquiry Board filing complaints against the respondent judge, Robert K Adrian. As it is our understanding and belief that the allegations contained in the Judicial Inquiry Board's complaints are unbiased and accurate, it is our sincerest hope the prosecution will be successful in proving by clear and convincing evidence that Judge Adrian has violated the Code of Judicial Conduct. We want to have faith that judges and authorized representatives of the judiciary will protect victims by upholding the laws as they are written in the Illinois Compiled Statutes, but that faith cannot and will not be restored until such time as perpetrators are held accountable and courts do not abuse the power of the judiciary to sympathize with rapists.

May the hearts and hands of the Commissioners be guided to deliver a swift and fair decision on what formal discipline may be imposed upon Eighth Circuit Court Judge Robert K Adrian as a result of evidence the prosecution is able to substantiate in this week's hearing sessions.
