Just a quick reminder note that we are nearing the date of Robert K Adrian's hearing before the Illinois Courts Commission regarding the complaints against him filed by the Judicial Inquiry Board.

The ICC is planning to meet this week and one issue to be discussed is a decision on whether or not this hearing will be livestreamed. The courtroom where it will be held does have audio devices but not video devices and so a vendor would need to be hired to provide the services required to offer a livestream. 

The hearing is open to the public to attend in person: 

November 7, 8, and 9, beginning at 9am CST each day

We have our fingers crossed the decision will come back that the ICC will be providing access to this hearing via livestream, as we understand there are a good number of supporters who would appreciate being able to attend but who are not able to physically be present. When we know the ICC's decision, we will post that as an update!
