In June 2022, the Illinois Judicial Inquiry board submitted complaints against Eighth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Robert K. Adrian. The Illinois Courts Commission case number for this case is 22-C-4. The complaints stemmed from a ruling reversal in Adams County Illinois case number 2021CF396, criminal felony / sexual assault against Drew S Clinton (5/18/2003) of Southgate / Detroit Michigan [ ref, www.judici.com ].

At a status hearing today, April 13, 2023, Judge Lewis Nixon announced the hearing dates for this matter are set at November 7-9, 2023. Judge Nixon has represented the Illinois Courts Commission at status hearings pertaining to this matter since June 2022.

The time and location of the hearing is TBA, although Judge Nixon commented it will be held in Chicago, Illinois. We will continue to update as we have more information.
