It's hard to not react in anger to injustice.
We are angry.

It's hard to not be overcome by sadness.
We are sad.

We are angry, and sad, and scared, by the precedent Judge Adrian's words and actions sought to create for future criminal sexual assault cases; we are scared about how often this has happened already.

But we understand where it would be most constructive to stay positive, so we look to the words of the strong and the wise leaders who have used their voices to speak for justice.
